Our Customer Service Center (“CSC”) team is centralized in our Trussville, Alabama corporate office. The daily goal of our CSC team is to provide World Class service to our customers. World Class service means that we will personally and professionally take care of our customer’s needs each and every time. Our customer’s needs are important to us, and we know that providing World Class service is just one more value added difference that we bring to our customers.
Our CSC is available Monday through Friday from 7:00 am to 5:00 pm (CST). In the event that your business has needs outside of our primary business hours, we provide our customers with an EMERGENCY ORDER service that is available 24x7x365.
Our CSC team is available to assist you with the following items:

- Existing orders
- Product information
- Delivery information
- Invoice questions
- ANY question you have regarding your petroleum needs!
We strive to answer customer questions or resolve their issues with the first call. If we cannot provide an answer right away, rest assured that we will provide an answer as fast as possible.
