2019 marked a new approach for us at McPherson Oil. We transformed from a Customer Service model to a Customer Experience model. The goal as a department was to focus on the customer journey which means from before they place an order until after they are invoiced. This approach would entail all internal departments working together. Customer Experience (CX) launched the CX rep of the year contest for 2019. This was judged monthly on certain performance metrics which included the support of internal and external customers, problem-solving, delivering the absolute best customer experience and going above and beyond to make sure our customers have the best experience possible.
We are proud to announce that the winner of CX Representative of 2019 is Brent Strickland. Brent constantly went above and beyond taking care of our internal and external customers. Brent often worked after hours and weekends throughout the year to make sure there was no service interruption. As the winner, Brent and his wife have won a trip to New Orleans to celebrate. Thank you, Brent, for all your hard work and for always putting the customer first. Congratulations and laissez les bon temps rouler!!
