Inside Sales Representative

Primary Responsibilities and Duties
• Hunting for new business through all avenues, researching markets, cold calling and following up on leads.
• Responsible for establishing and maintaining customers relationships that lead to the successful achievement of company sales goals
• Generate new sales with small and medium sized new accounts
• Providing excellent customer care
• Utilizing Customer Relationship Management software (CRM) tool to keep Mgmt informed
• Identifies decision makers associated with the targeted leads
• Works closely with Manager to determine the necessary strategic sales approach
• Follows up on new leads and referrals resulting from field activity
• Presents and sells company products and services to current and potential customers
• Assists customers in completing necessary forms and paperwork for activating and maintaining customer accounts

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
• Minimum of Associate Degree, Bachelor Degree Preferred
• Minimum of two (2) years prior inside sales experience preferred
• Proficient use of Microsoft Office®, including but not limited to Microsoft Excel®, Microsoft Word® and Microsoft PowerPoint®
• Basic knowledge of sales techniques
• Ability to learn client-based CRM system
• Knowledge of lubricants industry and/or auto parts industry is a plus
