We want to let you know of an important change in our company banking relationship. We are in process of transitioning all our bank accounts to Regions Bank from BB&T / Truist. We expect the change to be completed on or around Monday, November 1. In the coming weeks, you will receive updated instructions of how to remit payments to us. Please make no change in how payments are made to us until further instruction is provided.
We also want to let you know that we are working to expand the functionality of our customer portal, which, in addition to placing orders, will also provide you access to view open invoices and related documentation, and make payments. We expect the portal to be fully functional by the end of the year. We will provide more information and training on the portal in the coming months.
These changes may raise some questions for you, especially in this heightened cyber security risk environment. Please feel free to reach out to your contact at McPherson in Customer Service, Sales or Credit as they are all aware of this change.
